Technical audit, keyword-to-page map, and the fixes that unblock everything else. You see exactly which terms are winnable this year and which are not.
Ranking is not the finish line, it is the cost of entry. We build the technical foundation, the pages and the authority that put you in front of buyers already looking for you, then we measure it in enquiries rather than impressions.

Site architecture, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema and internal linking. The plumbing that decides whether anything else you publish gets a chance.
We map every term your buyers use to the page that should own it, so your pages stop competing with each other for the same search.
Titles, headings and copy written around how people actually phrase the search, not around how your industry likes to describe itself.
Articles and landing pages aimed at demonstrated demand, each one pointing at a commercial page rather than sitting in a blog archive.
Relevant links earned through partners, local organizations, real coverage and useful collaborations. No directory dumps, no private networks.
Non-brand clicks, priority rankings tracked from a consistent location, and enquiries traced in your CRM. Impressions are context, not a result.
Our operating system for growth: one continuous cycle that turns strategy, creative, execution and performance into a single engine.
Technical audit, keyword-to-page map, and the fixes that unblock everything else. You see exactly which terms are winnable this year and which are not.
Pages rewritten around real query phrasing, internal links repointed at commercial destinations, speed and crawl issues closed.
A publishing cadence tied to demand, schema kept accurate, and rank tracking that runs itself so nothing depends on someone remembering.
Winning pages get deepened, adjacent terms get claimed, and authority work compounds. SEO is maintenance, and we say so up front.
Plenty of SEO reporting is built to look impressive rather than to be useful. Impressions climb, a chart goes up and to the right, and the phone does not ring. We have seen it from the inside: a page can sit on 12,000 impressions in a month and produce two clicks, because it is surfacing deep on searches it was never the right answer for.
So we run SEO against a narrower question: are the right people arriving, and are they enquiring? That means choosing terms by buying intent rather than by volume, pointing each one at a page built to convert it, and reporting non-brand clicks and enquiries alongside position. If a term brings traffic that never buys, we would rather drop it than decorate a report with it.
A retainer here covers four things running at once, not a monthly report. Technical health, so the site can be crawled, rendered and understood: architecture, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema and crawl budget. Page work, rewriting titles, headings and body copy around how buyers phrase the search. Content, aimed at demonstrated demand and always pointing back at a commercial page. Authority, earned through relationships and coverage rather than bought in bulk.
One senior team owns all four, which matters more than it sounds. When the content team and the dev team are separate vendors, the internal linking never gets fixed and the schema quietly breaks on the next deploy.
If your buyers search with a city name, the map pack sits above every organic result and takes most of the clicks. That is a different discipline: Google Business Profile, reviews, listings consistency and pages built per market. We run it as its own service, and the detail is on our local SEO services page.
National and category SEO is the slower play: topical depth, genuine authority and pages that earn their place against established competitors. Most clients need some of both. We will tell you which one your market actually rewards before you commit to a plan, and if the honest answer is that a term is out of reach this year, you will hear that too. Our Toronto SEO and Toronto web design pages cover the city-specific work.
You get position tracking from a consistent location, non-brand click and impression data pulled from Search Console rather than a third-party estimate, and enquiries traced where your CRM can see them. Third-party traffic estimates are modelled from position times volume, which is why they can show a number that never appears in your analytics. We do not quote them as traffic.
We also will not promise a position or a date. SEO compounds over three to six months and slides back if you stop, and anyone guaranteeing a ranking is either buying it or guessing. What we will commit to is the work, the measurement, and telling you early when something is not working. If you want to see how we think before you hire anyone, the blog is the unedited version and our free website audit will show you your own numbers first.
SEO works best for businesses with something to rank: real services, real proof, and a site that is not actively fighting the effort. If your site is slow or your conversion path leaks, search traffic just drains faster, which is why many clients pair this with web design and development, and why the content creation work so often carries the rankings.
It is a poor fit if you need leads this month. Paid search buys that, and we run it: see Google Ads management. The two work well together, with ads carrying the near term while SEO lowers the cost of the long term. If you want an honest read on which one your business should start with, get in touch and we will tell you, even when the answer is the cheaper one.
