The audit
Your current visibility, your real competitors, and the terms actually worth targeting this year. Free, and yours whether or not you hire us.
Toronto buyers search by service plus neighbourhood as often as by service plus city, so the right approach depends on whether you're chasing citywide demand or the area you actually serve. We map that first, then build the technical foundation, pages and authority to turn the right searches into enquiries, measured past the click rather than at the rank tracker.

Crawl health, site speed, indexation, and schema. The plumbing that decides whether any of the rest of the work can rank at all.
Every page matched to one search someone actually types, with the volume beside it. No two pages competing for the same term.
Pages written to finish the search, not to hit a word count. Answer first, then the detail a buyer needs to choose.
Built for whether you're chasing citywide demand or the neighbourhoods you actually serve, so a buyer in your real service area lands on a page built for them.
Earned mentions, directory placements, and coverage relevant to your market, built through partners and genuine collaborations rather than bought links.
Pages structured clearly so search engines and AI-powered discovery systems can understand the business, built for human buyers first.
Finance your SEO Toronto engagement through Tabit and pay in flexible installments if that suits your business. Rates as low as 0%, and pre-qualifying is a soft check.

Your current visibility, your real competitors, and the terms actually worth targeting this year. Free, and yours whether or not you hire us.
Technical debt, thin pages, and cannibalised terms closed first. This is the least glamorous month and usually the one that moves most.
Service, location, and answer pages shipped against the map, each targeting one term and linked into the rest of the site properly.
Search visibility and enquiries tracked over time, winners deepened, losers rewritten. Timing varies with competition, site condition and the queries targeted, and it keeps compounding if you keep going.

The leads your Toronto rankings earn land in a CRM that follows up for you. Growth Boss OS is the CRM and marketing platform our clients run on. Subscribe and your account is live in minutes.
Both plans cover technical maintenance, keyword and competitor research, and content or page builds against the keyword map your business actually competes in. Accelerator adds the local work, Google Business Profile optimization, local citations and map rank tracking, for businesses that also need Maps visibility. If Google Business Profile and Maps visibility are the whole job, our local SEO services page covers that in full.
You get access to the same dashboards we use. Non-brand clicks, impressions and positions come from your own Search Console, not a screenshot in a slide deck, alongside the enquiries that actually come from the page.
Two plans, both public. SEO Kick Starter is $999 a month: keyword and competitor research, on-page and technical SEO, four articles a month and reporting on up to 100 keywords. SEO Accelerator is $1,999 a month: everything in Kick Starter with longer articles, plus Google Business Profile optimization, local citations and map rank tracking for businesses that also need Maps visibility. Prices in CAD, three-month minimum then 30 days' notice. The wider guide to what digital marketing costs in Canada covers how the market bands break down.
Every plan here starts with a free audit and ends in a firm quote tied to named deliverables, so you can compare what's actually included rather than a number alone.
Worth saying plainly, because it changes what we can promise. We do not claim a Toronto address, so we are not positioned to compete for the map pack on city-wide "agency" searches the way a firm with a real Toronto location would be; Google names address-related proximity as one of three local-ranking factors, alongside relevance and prominence, not the whole of it. Our studio is at 2030 Bristol Circle in Oakville, and we serve Toronto clients from there, on-site or remotely.
What that means in practice: for your own local visibility we build the Toronto presence around your address, which is the one that matters, not ours. Where we compete is organic and technical, on the strength of the pages and the work itself. If Maps visibility built around your own location is what you need, local SEO services covers that directly. The audit will show you plainly what we would do for your business.
Ask any agency on your shortlist for three things: the specific terms they would target and the search volume behind each, a named client result you can verify yourself, and what happens in month one. Vague answers to those three questions predict vague work.
Ask what they think of your current site before they quote. Our free audit is a real one, and it names what is broken whether or not it flatters us. If you want the same work scoped to your neighbourhood rather than the city, our local SEO services page covers the Maps side, and web design and development covers builds where the site itself is the constraint. If you are comparing providers rather than cities, our SEO agency page covers how the work is scoped and judged, and our full service list covers everything beyond SEO.
Our clearest Toronto evidence is Salto Restaurant & Bar, a Toronto restaurant whose engagement combined a new website, on-page and technical SEO, paid Meta ads, and organic social. That combined campaign produced 53 event leads in 45 days at a $1,174 average lead value. SEO was one input among several, not the sole cause, and we would rather say that plainly than credit one channel for a team effort.
For a result we can trace to search specifically, Mammoth Machinery is a pure-SEO engagement, not a Toronto client: total search clicks rose 46% and impressions rose 67% in one quarter, verified in the client's own Google Search Console. Between the two, you can see what a Toronto client's broader campaign looked like, and what search-only work can do on its own.
SEO is maintenance, not a one-time project. Timing varies with your site's starting condition, the competition on your specific terms, your existing authority, and how much demand already exists for what you sell, so we will not quote a universal number. What we will do is tell you plainly, after the audit, what is realistic for your terms and what is not, and say so again if a term turns out to be a poor use of budget.
