It looks past how a site looksand measures how well it’s built to be found, understood, and ranked: the title and meta tags that decide your search snippet, the headings and structured data that tell machines what the page is about, the Core Web Vitals that govern how fast it feels, and the crawl rules that decide whether search and AI bots can read it at all. How is the letter grade calculated?
Each check passes, partially passes, or fails, weighted by how much it matters. Those roll up into the five category scores and an overall 0–100 Site Health number, which maps to a letter grade: A (90+), B (80+), C (70+), D (60+), F below 60. The AI Search Health gauge is scored the same way from the AEO/GEO checks.
